VestedGrant is a publisher of financial-planning content built specifically for tech employees with equity compensation. The audience is narrow on purpose: people whose most consequential financial decisions involve vesting events, strike prices, and liquidity windows.

How we work

Articles are drafted by the VestedGrant editorial team. Every piece is then reviewed by a licensed professional whose practice matches the topic — a CPA with ISO experience reviews the AMT articles, a trusts & estates attorney reviews the estate pieces. The reviewer is named on every article. Reviewers fact-check; they don't ghost-write.

Placeholder reviewers

At the time of this site's initial launch, our reviewer profiles are placeholders. Each reviewer page shows a "placeholder" banner. We're in the process of replacing every placeholder with a real contributor partnership. Until those partnerships are signed, treat reviewer profiles as illustrative of the kind of credentials we're pursuing.

How we make money

Advisor matching. When you fill out our advisor-match form and engage with one of the fee-only advisors we introduce, the advisor pays us a referral fee. You pay us nothing. What we don't do

We don't sell life insurance or annuities. We don't accept sponsored content. We don't run affiliate links inside editorial copy (only in a clearly-marked "tools we use" section where we disclose every commercial relationship).
